Here’s our extraordinary fee schedule:
A. Complete management package 8% plus GST gets
you
RENTAL OF UNITS
- Assist with preparing of advertisement
- Receiving calls and showing of units
- Interview and complete tenant application
- Complete a credit check, verify employment and check reference
- Collect deposit for last month's rent
2. MAINTAIN BOOKS Prepare monthly statement of receipts
and disbursements for combined properties.
3. LIAISON WITH
TENANTS Address any tenant concerns on a day to day
basis
4. COLLECT RENTS
Collect rents, subject to
the Tenant Protection Act, R.S.O. 1997 as amended.
5.
EFFECT REPAIRS a. The Manager will effect repairs to the
Rental Premises that are required by Health, Property, Safety or
Fire Regulations by Municipal Law and Provincial Building Codes,
shall the Client fail to do so within 30 days of receiving notice of
same from the Manager in writing.
b. The Manager will arrange
to contact service persons or effect repairs and maintenance on
rental units. Client understands the cost of said repairs or
maintenance will be an extra cost as per invoice subject to
direction from the Client.
6. PREPARING AND SERVING OF
NOTICES a. Service of all notices under the Tenant Protection Act regarding eviction for any reason, rent increases, and so forth.
b. Flat fee of $75.00 for each appearance required at the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal on rent or other tenancy related matters.
7.
ANY OTHER MATTERS ON THE DIRECTION OF THE CLIENT SHALL BE CHARGED
OUT AS AN EXTRA COST.
